Surge Direct specialise in fundraising activity for NFPs in Australia. We filmed their annual sales conference — a packed 12 hour event which brought their sales and management specialists together from across ANZ. 

The day was split into two chunks: the educational conference, and the red carpet after party and awards night. We were briefed to capture the focus, determination— and sparkle — of the Surge staff in equal measure.
