"Our Watch Day" is a special all-team event which brings the Our Watch staff together for team building and education. Sometimes working in such a complex field, it’s easy to lose sight of the difference you make across the year, and how far the organisation has progressed. So this event is a chance to reflect, create and, in all honesty, catch up with colleagues near and far.

Our Watch are an organisation dedicated to preventing violence against women and children. We mingled with some of our favourite people to ever grace our email inboxes, to capture the magic of the day.
